Figure It Out

Released on Halloween 2024, the song "Figure It Out" started out with a guitar riff in standard tuning with a capo high up on the neck. I just did some basic riffing and then the full song started forming. For the chorus, I wanted to do something like Gwen Stefani did with Hollaback Girl or Chappell Roan did with Hot To Go. They way the spelled out the chorus was intriguing and also sounded challenging to fit in a song. Spelling out I O Us and L O V E seemed like a good idea. It was hard to get a good take spelling that out, but I think I finally managed. I hope y'all enjoy it!
