Over You

Released in June of 2022, the song Over You was started with a single vocal loop I recorded. I started putting different effects on the track, then a beat, then a chord progression, and it all just fell into place. It was fun to chop up the vocal and make a variety of sounds. I wanted to keep the lyrics very simple so the focus would be on the vocal chops and production. The outro is my favorite part. It's so mellow, big, and emotional. The title of the song "Over You" is deceiving since the lyrics are "crying over you".
